Otros de los colores que este año va ser protagonista es el Silver Peony (Pantone 12-1206), que se podría traducir como peonia plateada, pero como no estoy segura, he preferido poner el nombre en inglés. Y aquí algunas propuestas.

Honeysuckle, Pantone 18-2120

Tal y como anunció, a finales del pasado año, la directora del Pantone Color Institute® Leatrice Eiseman, el color del 2011 será el madreselva ( Pantone 18-2120); un rosa rojizo lleno de vitalidad que nos cargará de energía, así lo explicó la propia   Leatrice Eiseman:

"En tiempos de estrés, necesitamos algo para levantar el ánimo. El  madreselva es un color  cautivador y estimulante que hacer brotar la adrenalina (perfecta para dejar de lado la tristeza )"

"La intensidad de este alegre  rosa rojizo  seduce y engancha. De hecho, es este color, y no la dulce fragancia de las flores de las que toma su nombre,  lo que atrae a los colibríes néctar. El madreselva también puede traer una ola de nostalgia debido al delicioso aroma al que se le asocia, ya que este  recuerda a los despreocupados días de la primavera y el verano. "

Like the executive director of   Pantone Color Institute® Leatrice Eiseman announced at the end of last year, the color of 2011 is going to be honeysuckle  ( Pantone 18-2120); a reddish pink full of vitality which will give us all the energy we need, in Leatrice Eisemanown words :

“In times of stress, we need something to lift our spirits. Honeysuckle is a captivating, stimulating color that gets the adrenaline going – perfect to ward off the blues,”

 “The intensity of this festive reddish pink allures and engages. In fact, this color, not the sweet fragrance of the flower blossoms for which it was named, is what attracts hummingbirds to nectar. Honeysuckle may also bring a wave of nostalgia for its associated delicious scent reminiscent of the carefree days of spring and summer.”

Aunque no es un color que me entusiasme especialmente, me suelo decantar por colores más calmados, aquí una pequeña selección de ropa y accesorios  inspirados en el color madreselva, espero que la disfrutéis y comentéis :)
