Polina Semionova, nacida en 1984, es Primera bailarina del Staatsoper Unter den Linden de Berlín.

Polina Semionova, born in 1984, is the Principal of  Staatsoper Unter den Linden of Berlín.

Es una de las bailarinas más jovenes en ser considera Prima Ballerina, reconocimiento que se les otorga a las solistas más excepcionales tanto por su técnica como por su interpretación.

She is one of the youngest dancers to be considered Prima Ballerina, recognition that is given to the most outstanding  female soloists because of  their technique and interpretation.

Un majestuoso y enigmático negro que envuelve cada forma con delicadeza, cristales de Swarovski que recogen el brillo de la luna y exóticas plumas de avestruz, que esconden una belleza hechizante, componen el tutú diseñado por Giles Deacon, actual director creativo de Emanuel Ungaro. 

A majestic and mysterious black that surround every shape, Swarovski crystals that collect the moonlight and exotic ostrich feathers, which conceal an enchanting beauty, compose the tu-tu designed by Giles Deacon, current creative director of Emanuel Ungaro.

Esta creación, llena de magia y elegancia, ha sido posible gracias a la propuesta que  el English National Ballet y Haper's Bazaar realizaron al diseñador británico; con motivo del 60 aniversario de la compañía, le invitaron a diseñar el traje que la bailarina Elena Glurdjidze lucirá a la hora de encarnar a Odile, convertida en cisne negro, en El Lago de los Cisnes. 

This creation, full of magic and elegance, has been possible thanks to the proposal that English National Ballet and Harper's Bazaar made to the British designer; with the occasion of  the 60th anniversary of the company, he was invited to design the costume that the dancer Elena Glurdjidze will wear when she  plays the role of   Odile, become in a black swan, in The Swan Lake.
